Andrew Shelton, SPHR, is Vice President of Human Resources at The Scruggs Company, where he leads HR and payroll teams supporting the growth of one of Georgia’s leading heavy-civil construction firms. With more than three decades of HR leadership experience across the construction, transportation, and manufacturing sectors, he has held senior roles at organizations including Sunrock, Barrett Industries, HRI, Inc., and BNSF Railway. Andrew’s expertise spans talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, executive coaching, and culture transformation.
