Brian Allen is the Director of Human Resources at Dynamic Systems Inc., a Mechanical Contractor based in Austin, Texas. Brian brings over 30 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Administration, and Management. He possesses extensive knowledge of both State and Federal laws, including FMLA, FLSA, EEOC, and OSHA compliance. Brian retired from the Army after 24 years of active-duty service, where he developed strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Brian has been instrumental in shaping HR strategy, supporting workforce development, and driving organizational growth across the company.
