Christina Chandler is Senior Community Impact Education Manager at JE Dunn Construction, where she leads K–12 workforce readiness initiatives to expand student access to careers in construction. She oversees the delivery of the “Building the Future” programme, partnering with school districts, nonprofits, and industry stakeholders to create scalable, skills-based pathways into the workforce. Christina brings over 20 years of experience spanning education, IT, and programme leadership, alongside her work with KC STEM Alliance to broaden participation in STEM learning. Passionate about equity and opportunity, she is committed to ensuring students graduate with the confidence, skills, and awareness needed to thrive in future careers.
