Diana Eidenshink is President of the ACE Mentor Program of America, where she leads a national network dedicated to inspiring the next generation of architecture, engineering, and construction professionals. With more than two decades of experience at ACE, Diana has played a pivotal role in expanding the program’s reach across the U.S., connecting thousands of high school students with industry mentors and career pathways. Prior to joining ACE, she held senior sales leadership roles in the healthcare sector. A passionate advocate for workforce development and mentorship, Diana is committed to building a more diverse, future-ready talent pipeline for the construction industry.
