Ivy Pennington is Vice President of People Operations at MYCON General Contractors, where she drives award-winning culture, learning, and wellness strategies. With over 20 years in HR, she launched MYCON University, a groundbreaking internal development platform, and leads initiatives that support workforce growth, wellbeing, and industry collaboration. Ivy champions equity through external partnerships, including CMAP with Texas A&M, and serves on nonprofit boards supporting women and youth. An immigrant and lifelong learner, she holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and MJD in Labor & Employment Law. Ivy’s leadership continues to shape MYCON and the construction industry through purpose, care, and opportunity.
