Tracy Boczkowski

Tracy Boczkowski is Director of Human Resources at Conlon Construction Co., where she leads HR strategy, employee engagement, and workforce development for the business. With a career spanning payroll, HR management, and leadership roles across multiple organizations, Tracy brings a practical, hands-on understanding of building effective people functions in construction environments. She has progressed through a range of HR roles, including nearly a decade as HR Director at Linnhaven, before joining Conlon in 2018. Tracy holds dual Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Public Administration, with a focus on HRIS and nonprofit leadership, and is passionate about continuous learning and team development.
