Yuhi Aizawa Combatti is Director of Workforce Development at AGC of California, where she leads initiatives to strengthen and grow the state’s construction talent pipeline. With a background spanning workforce development, diversity, equity and inclusion, strategic communications, and program management, Yuhi brings a collaborative and data-driven approach to developing the next generation of construction professionals. Prior to AGC of California, she spent over six years at Cahill Contractors leading DE&I strategy and organisational development initiatives. An active industry advocate, she also serves as Northern California Vice President of Women in Construction Operations, championing workforce engagement, inclusion, and career pathways across the construction industry.
